I am in possession of 6 interstate billboard structure permits (12 faces 20’x60’ monopole v-mount w/ illumination), I have not built the structures yet, but am willing to. All necessary permits are in hand. The permits reside on my property along I-94 between mile markers 43 – 44 on the North side of 94. This is 100 miles East of Chicago, 20 miles West of Kalamazoo. If you are interested in the faces please submit an offer for either 20 year leases or a perpetual lease with full payment upfront. I have one other structure that is leased to CBS and three that are leases to Lamar, so this is not my first rodeo.

There are structures erected and they are building new Four Winds Casino in Hartford 

In the event that you are unaware the State of Michigan house Bill # 567 (PA 447) & 568 (PA 448), effective January1, 2007, put a moratorium on billboard permits in the State of Michigan. Please look into the extent of the bill, I would be happy to provide a link to the bill itself.
