Market to both Interstate traffic on I-80 and Tooele Valley commuter traffic on SR-36

Interstate 80 carries east/west traffic from both coasts. State Route 36 carries commuter traffic into and out of Salt Lake City.  SR-36 is Tooele Valley’s only  major corridor. The valley is comprised of multiple PUD’s, residential developments, sport complexes, health facilities and several small cities including Tooele with a population now exceeding 40,000.   The Tooele Valley has had a growth rate since 2002 of 39%. Traffic now exceeds 33,000 cars plus per day.
