Here are some of the merits on this billboard because of its location: The billboard is on Blackstone and McKinley at one of the busiest corners with one of the higher traffic counts in all of Fresno and surrounding areas. It is the larger-style board, it has automatic lighting, its visible from many different angles, it's across the street from Fresno City College, Carl's Jr, Taco Bell, Valero gas, it's on the same street as Ratcliffe Stadium, the Police Academy, Fresno High school, the 41 freeway off-ramp, the 99 freeway off-ramp, and the greatest advantage of all ; it's next to where the railroad train crossing arms go downward, congesting and stopping traffic in all directions for the train to cross, at which time the billboard becomes significantly more visible, and the advertising extensively more observed!
