Runway Billiards Illuminated Billboard – Mobile, AL

The billboard is located at 8050 Airport Boulevard on the north side just east of the Mobile Regional Airport.

The billboard is a 14' x 48' full flag unit with a 15 degree V and 40' over-all height. It has a 130mph hurricane wind frame and eight Holophane 400 watt lights. It was installed October 26, 2006 and constructed by Selective Structures, LLC out of Athens TN.

The westbound and eastbound faces each have a daily traffic count of approximately 20,500 vehicles per day. There are numerous businesses east of the billboard to provide ample opportunities for leasing activity and a great (traffic-light) westbound read for companies associated with the airport or transportation services.

The billboard location is now inside the Mobile city limits and is grandfathered in under the new Mobile sign ordinance.

The billboard has a built-in OutdoorLink - Smartlink Billboard Monitor system installed on the billboard that can be transferred to the new owner. With the system you can monitor/adjust the power usage of the board to control costs. The annual fee is only $60.

There is nine years remaining on the twenty year ground lease. The lease is renegotiable at the end of its term.
