My commercial property is a highly visible corner property on the DC side (border of DC/MD). The property is surrounded by a large residential area, strong and emerging commercial sector, and has a high volume traffic flow. My property is on Rhode Island Avenue (aka Route 1) and a major road in the DC Metro area. It was a former location of a British Petroleum (BP) gas station (high visibility).  It's 4207 sq. ft (actual size of the property) with a 150 ft structure (former Sales Office), which had running water and electricity one time.  It has three drive-in pavements.  The zoning for this property is C-2-A (zoning for the Nation's Capital).  I have already done a land survey and will provide a copy if interested.
