number of people who see all of the other billboards in the
area. We also collect information about local sign ordinances,
demographics, media market rankings and advertising rates.
Based on all of these factors we can estimate a fair market
lease rate for the sign on your property.
We prepare a 20-page report of the information we collected and
our opinion of a fair market lease rate. It takes us
approximately 30 days to collect the information, analyze it and
prepare the report. The cost of the report is $550 and we
require payment in advance by credit card or check. If you
would like us to estimate a fair lease rate for the billboard on
your property we will need the following three things from you:
1) Copy of current lease with any recent offers.
2) Photographs of both sides of the billboard (preferably
digital) including the support posts and street.
3) Payment of $550 by credit card or check in advance.
