On Wilshire just east of
Wilton. This is an on site sign on premise), that means
office space is required to be used by your client in order
to post sign and get the permit. You have your clients move
into office space in the building, its 'included' or 'free'
for the client.
This sign will need to be pitched to your clients as a
permanent sign, like 1-5 years term. This is the nature
of this sign.
(on Jan 1st there will be) 7 years left on lease with a 10
year renewal (only rent is negotiated then). Lighting
installation is planned for January/February. Nets
7000-9000+/mo (non-lit) [when lit will be 15-30%more].
Lease Rent: $650/mo (30 days). In 2010 it goes up to 850/mo.
IF there is no sign on the wall, NO rent is owed.-- No
posts, no rent.
Factor in your office space cost at around 1000/mo
(depending on how many square feet you end up leasing from
the landlord).
