I have a small billboard company based in Southern Indiana consisting of 12 structures. Most of the structures are steal I beam construction with metal frames. We built these to advertise our local company and have since transitioned to all digital marketing and don't have time to do anything with these structures. Most are on busy highways and are all permitted. Most have 20-year lease agreements.
